You can delete your own data immediately, without asking us. Everything you submitted — your application, your CV file and your interview answers — can be exported or permanently deleted from your own status page.
https://talentai-eg.com/status/<your-application-id>.Deletion removes your candidate record, your CV file from our storage, and your interview answers. It cannot be undone, and you would need to apply again to be considered for a role.
Lost the link, or prefer we do it? Email [email protected] from the email address you used to apply, with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm and action the deletion. If you write from a different address we may ask you to verify ownership first, so that nobody can delete someone else's application.
Facebook and Instagram messages are not stored in our database at all. When you message our Page or comment on a post, the text is used to compose a reply and then discarded — the only copy is the conversation held in our Page or Instagram inbox, which is hosted by Meta. That means you can delete your side of it yourself in Facebook or Instagram at any time. If you want it gone from our inbox too, tell us in the thread or email [email protected] with the account name you used, and we will delete it there.
WhatsApp is different: if you opted in, we do hold your number and opt-in status against your application, and deleting your application (Option 1 above) removes them. To stop WhatsApp updates at any time without deleting anything, reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages — that permanently opts your number out. Messages also remain in your own copy of Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp until you delete them there.
We may retain a minimal record that a deletion request was made and actioned, so we can demonstrate that we honoured it. That record does not contain your CV, your interview answers or your contact details. Automated backups may retain data briefly until they rotate out.
The platform supports a scheduled purge that deletes applications a set number of days after a decision was recorded on them. Where it is enabled, that deletion happens without you doing anything — but the certain, immediate route is to delete it yourself using Option 1 above. See our Privacy Policy.
