In short: the platform is free for candidates, we connect you with employers but we do not employ you and cannot promise you a job, and you must give truthful information — including answering the AI interview in your own words.

1. What this service is

TalentAI Egypt is a recruitment platform. Candidates apply to jobs published by employers and complete an AI-assisted screening interview; employers review, assess and contact candidates. We are an intermediary: we are not the employer, and we are not a party to any employment relationship that results.

2. Using the platform as a candidate

Applying and interviewing are free. We never ask candidates for payment. If anyone requests money in our name, it is fraud — please report it to [email protected].
Your information must be truthful and your own. Do not submit another person's CV or impersonate anyone.
Answer the AI interview in your own words. Copying and pasting into the interview is disabled, and copying the interview questions out is disabled. Submitting answers that are not your own may cause your application to be discounted.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

3. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a job, an interview with an employer, a salary, a response time, or any hiring outcome. Employers decide.
Job listings are supplied by employers. We take reasonable care but do not warrant that every listing detail is accurate or current.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Automated assessment

Your CV and interview answers are analysed by AI to produce scores and summaries that help recruiters prioritise. These are decision support, not a decision: a human at the employer decides. You may request a human review by emailing [email protected].

5. Using the platform as an employer

You may only post genuine vacancies, and you must not post discriminatory requirements or misleading terms.
Candidate data you access through the platform is personal data. You must use it only to assess candidates for the role they applied to, keep it secure, and comply with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law.
Employer accounts are approved by us before their listings become public, and access may be suspended for misuse.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep the rights to your CV and the content you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to store it, process it and show it to the employer you applied to for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. The platform itself, including its software and branding, remains ours.

7. Ending use

You may stop using the platform and delete your data at any time via talentai-eg.com/data-deletion. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for hiring decisions made by employers, or for the conduct of employers or candidates on the platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
